New Vine Media's 2nd Annual Gala started at 6 p.m. at WCNY Studio in Syracuse, N.Y. Attendees from Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York arrived to find the spectacular evening in motion featuring artist Phil Keaggy along with three New Vine artists (currently in development), Oh Eternity, Remnant, and Leo. During the evening Board Vice Chair Bob Farrell and Executive Director John Carter shared stories, testimonies, and a detailed vision of the future of missions in regard to the role of music and the arts. After the keynote, artist Phil Keaggy played several of his original instrumental and vocal works such as "Salvation Army Band," "Shades of Green," and "Mercy." An exciting amount of $81,712 was raised from event sales, pledges, one-time gifts, and auction items.

When asked how the event went, John Carter responded, "To God Be Glory, He has been faithful to the vision Amy, I, our board and staff have been hearing and believing for."

New Vine's annual budget has grown from $32,000 in 2012 to a projected $100,000 with new staffing and an expansion of territory with artists booking out of state.

New Vine Media is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) missions organization primarily supported by patrons through monthly support. If anyone is interested in furthering the mission and would like to donate please click the ‘Partner’ button.
