New Vine has begun production with Glowing Moses from Cleveland, Ohio. We anticipate having a lot of fun with these guys in the studio because of their fun-loving nature and emphasis on rock music. In the last three years, New Vine has enjoyed developing several different genres but one of our staples has been rock.
Glowing Moses released the “Cosmonaut EP” in 2016 consisting of five songs. The EP has been well received, drawing attention from larger media companies. To hear the “Cosmonaut EP” click here!
Cole Harmon, frontman of Glowing Moses, has been writing new material, and we felt it was time to start the band's recording process.
Glowing Moses is an explosive new rock band from Cleveland, Ohio. Drawing from influences like Queens of the Stone Age and Led Zeppelin, they are redefining the boundaries of spirituality in rock 'n’ roll. Son of a Seattle preacher, Harmon began playing guitar as an early teen. In 2013 he discovered he had a talent for crafting intricate and dynamic songs. He met bandmate and Sandusky native, Jake Tetzloff while the two were baristas at Starbucks. In February 2016 they began jamming in Harmon's basement "Black Keys" style with Tetzloff on the drums. They chose the name Glowing Moses as a nod to Cleveland founder, Moses Cleaveland. A few months later, following an epic jam session, Harmon asked longtime friend, Jonathan Conway of upstate New York to be the new drummer. Tetzloff switched over to bass and that's when the real magic began. Glowing Moses played their first show at the Iron Ward Music Festival in Cleveland. In July 2016 they recorded their debut EP "Cosmonaut" with producer Scott Crowder in Newport News, Virginia. "Cosmonaut" was released on November 11 of the same year to universal acclaim and has continued to draw national attention. In January 2017 they won the number one spot on the “Surround Sound Countdown” hosted by 88.3 The Sting. The grand prize was a packed show at the world famous Cleveland Agora Theater. Currently, Glowing Moses is writing new material and preparing for upcoming gigs around the US.
